New York the most expensive place to live? Think again!

According to this article from Yahoo, New York city has been ranked 15th most expensive city to live in the world. No. 1 was Moscow (isn't that odd? Russia??) and no. 2 was London (seems to make more sense) I've heard people saying things like "If you can live in New York city, you can live about anywhere in the world" Well... they will have to think again.

The Yahoo article also talks about the most expensive dining out based on cost of average meal and London came in first place with average of $79 per meal. The cost of average meal in New York was only half of that, $39. Geez... $80 per meal... is the average salary in London twice as high as New York as well?
